  I will never use this company again. I called for service to check why one of my properties didn't have hot water in some areas. I said I have a new tenant and he is not happy about it. I met the technician, we open the faucet that hot water was not coming, he went to the attic spend the most 3 minutes. He told me that I had two water heaters. I was surprised because only one was visible as soon as you go into the attic. He told me that the other one was far back, very difficult to see it. He told me that water heater was the problem and perhaps was the pilot that was nor working he said it might be around $340 or he also said that the "brain" might be the problem! and might be around $780 So I said if you change the pilot and is not that, I had to paid anyway and then might be the "brain" to change around $780??? so I have to pay more than a thousand dollars??? He said no you might pay the difference!! I said I need to ask the Landlord. I can't believe than in 3 minutes without opening anything can make that diagnosed. I called a Water Heater technician, he went up I had to show him where was the second water heater the he said, the pilot was off, nothing wrong to the unit! I believe when Center Point came to connect the gas didn't see the other one! I can't trust this Katy Quality Plumbing Services, the owner didn't want to believe me and game that he is a Master Plumbing lecture. Sorry but I will never use your company again.
