Its a cheap decent place to stay. The pool is indoors but definitely not a winter swimming situation. It is not heated. The brrakfast was cereal and toast. I would stay again because its affordable and not icky. If your wanting to seim make sure its weather appropriate time. The staff was extremely friendly and great.

The front office staff was nice. It was clean and we enjoyed the hotel. The problems that we had were the pool and breakfast. So the pool is an indoor pool that was cold. No one could get into it, its like the heater was off. Breakfast had no juice, and little options for food. Nothing hot, no packets of oatmeal or anything like that.

The first thing I noticed when I unlocked the door to my room was a group of roaches scattering. We were only there one night, but we found them numerous times during our stay. The trash cans on the room were tiny; don't expect to be able to throw away anything bigger than two soda cans before it overflows. Of course, you could always leave your hair and dirt under the trash can; it looks like that's what the cleaning staff does anyway. The mirror in the bathroom was pretty cool. It had built-in lights and a clock that wasn't set. I would have preferred if they took the money invested into that half-functional mirror and put it toward fumigating the property. The room also came with these cool little reading lights by the beds. They would have been very useful if they worked! Unfortunately, they were useless decoration just barely connected to the wall, seemingly held in by the wiring alone. One positive I noted: I always check thoroughly for signs of bedbugs and I did not find any hint of that being an issue. I guess the roaches don't make good neighbors?

Never come back. Indian are Indian. We made reservation for 2 nights. Room was beautiful - newly remodeled. In 2 day we decided to extend our stay for one more night. It was 10 am. We called Priceline and we pay again. When we came down to front desk we were told to check out and wait till 3 pm to check in. It is hotel requirements. We patiently were waiting in a car. When finally we got different room at 3 pm it was awful!! The room door has dents, probably put there by violent people. And the Bedspread has a large burn hole on it from a cigarette. And I can see, from repaired damage that the entrance door has been forced through in the past . No more Ramada.

I pray I never have to stay in a place like this again! Staff was hit or miss either really friendly or extremely rude and ignorant. The housekeeping is extremely nice and courteous. The only two people I can say treated me well at the front desk was the lady that reactivated my room key and the other one that assisted me during check out. Unfortunately everyone else at the front desk did not fully answer questions that were brought up or interested in solutions to issues. I felt disrespected with the tone that was used and the lack of professionalism. The room has a musty smell and the shower area is deteriorating(holes in the wall and oxidized toilet buttons). The laundry room is a joke. One washer and dryer and the systems are out dated and not well maintained. The breakfast is literally toast, butter, yogurt and milk. Thank goodness there are restaurants nearby and a Walmart. The pool area looked dirty as I walked by, I personally had no interest in the pool. Will not be returning to this location or any Ramada Inn.
