I will try to keep this review as fair as possible. I am currently staying at this hotel and have been for work for 10 nights. First thing I noticed is my toilet did not work at all when I arrived. The next morning I told the front desk. When I arrived back later that afternoon it was still not fixed, however I did find a cockroach on my wall. The next night I came back and my door was cracked open and unlocked. I thought someone may be working on the toilet, however there was no one in the room, but the toilet was fixed. There was no telling how long my door was open. Proceeded to find a 2nd cockroach in my shower ( took picture of this one ). 10 days and my room was not cleaned once, the bar was closed most days due to staffing, and I heard another customer complain about their sheets not being clean when checking in. The letters are burnt out in the main sign outside, and the elevator was broken for 3 days. I never leave poor reviews but this place is BAD! Our company has a special rate with this hotel but i am calling to see if we can get it with a different one.

The hotel is nice and in a great location. However, the lobby was damaged in last weeks ice storm and most of the amenities are not available. I was not informed of that when I made my reservations. The girl at the front desk at was super friendly when I checked in and explained that the lobby area was still being repaired and that they were very short staffed. That was fine. This morning when I went down for breakfast the woman at the front desk was so incredibly rude. She said they did not have breakfast when they clearly had a small breakfast area, she would not give me a water, (as a gold member I do receive a water a day) would not send additional towels to the room and was just down right unpleasant and rude. I stay at Hiltons all the time. This was the first time I actually thought of leaving. 2 other guests in the lobby told me not to waste my time trying to talk to this woman. Any person this rude has no business working in the hospitality industry.

The rooms were very clean and pretty modern. The AC worked well. The rooms are moderately sized but overall sufficient. There was a slight musty odor to our room. Not overpowering or too offensive but it was there. Breakfast was not included in the room but it was available in the lobby for $13 per guest. To be honest for what was offered it was not worth that price. We decided to go to a nearby restaurant . Overall a great value for the type of hotel and the location

Had a nice 2 night stay here. I especially appreciated the shade setup on the window that gets the room very dark. Bathroom had a very nice large shower with good pressure and very hot water. Breakfast was overall above average for this class of hotel. However, I did have to take off a star because the advertised (and upcharged) β€œmade to order” breakfast is quite misleading. The only thing made to order were eggs, and the only preparation option was scrambled.

The lady at the desk Nicky is horrible. Shes nasty and rude and very unaccommodating. Then to top things off we were coming down the hall and heard her and the other front desk lady talking about a guest and their situation. If this is customer service I don't want it! Breakfast is basic for the price they charge you. The manager says he will correct certain things from the looks of previous reviews but nothing has changed! The staff is good aside from Nicky I'd say get rid of her and your team is stronger. She makes me never want to book there again with the way she laughs on the phone all day and stares at you with disgust in her face that's very apparent. The hotel will definitely be reported to the BBB no doubt. They have black mold growing in the showers and spiders and ants coming through the windows in the rooms. It's unacceptable.
