  The Rack Solid team were very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable during my search for a new bike rack. They were also a great resource for building and installing the rack I chose. Added bonus, the 1.25 in rack I wanted was in stock.

  Rack Solid Rocks!!! Brandon, Bill and Sasha all rock. Service was top notch, completed the job in an hour while I was across the way at a very cool coffee shop. Before I chose Rack Solid, I called all the local competitors for availability of the equipment I need and for all it was a 2-10 day wait if they could even get the package I needed. Rack Solid had everything in stock. And for a better price than others.

  Great, knowledgeable customer service and a pretty comprehensive range of options for attaching just about anything that you'd want to attach to your vehicle.

  They just didn’t want to be bothered by answering any product related questions before purchasing such big ticket items.
