  Eddie and Josh are by far the best! I've been having my vehicle serviced at European Motor Works since they opened and they always get the job done in a timely manner, inform you of needed work prior to performing it and they never apply pressure to have a service performed. There have been a couple times when either Josh or Eddie stayed after closing because I was running late to pick up my vehicle. They are EXCEPTIONAL! !!!!

  my 90 Bentley Turbo R had a serious problem with a broken gear (under the two distributors) connecting to the overhead camshaft. Very difficult access. Hard to reach. A true mechanic’s headache. Josh took the challenge with a smile and a fair guaranteed price; Mauricio jumped in and the three of them with Eddie, managed to save the situation. That V8 has been purring on many road trips ever since. Also just fixed quickly and well, a leak in the hydraulics of convertible top on my little roadster (Mercedes SL500). Seriously, these are talented, friendly, HONEST guys; rare in the automotive industry.

  When your BMW is no longer covered under warranty, where do you go for service? European Motors Works. My BMW 650i needed its 30k mile service, and since it was no longer under warranty, I needed to find a service provider that was more economical than SF BMW. Enter European Motor Works. Josh and Eddie are fair, honest, and professional. 30k mile service, new brakes on all four wheels done in less than a day. And the car came back washed and shiny (although a run through with a vacuum would have been nice ...)--almost as good as new. Despite being squeezed between a sex shop and an auto body repair place smack in the middle of Folsom Gulch, European Motor Works is the destination if you need your BMW, Audi, or Mercedes serviced.

  I found European Motor Works online and took my Mercedes in because of the great reviews Josh and Eddie received. Now I can say I am one of those folks who give them a big thumbs up! I have been bringing my car to them for years now, and I have been very satisfied with their work. They are trustworthy and friendly and will take the time to explain to you what your car needs. Their rates are reasonable, too. I feel confident I will not be taken advantage of. I highly recommend.

  Eddie and Josh really know what they are doing. They run a tight ship and little to nothing slips under there radar. They have taken care of my BMW e46 M3 with the kind of love only a mother would give there child, seriously. They have also been kind enough to help me out with other vehicles. They are a strong team with years of knowledge and work ethic that is sorely lacking in most of today's shops. Guys you deserve the review you do solid work and I look forward to seeing you soon, hopefully for a routine inspection, not something that's broken. :)
