  Bobby at Quik Funder Inc is AMAZING. We just purchased a house in Long Island over the 2016-17 winter holidays. We closed about 1 week ago ! We made an offer in November, and signed a contract in Mid-December. We contacted Bobby before making an offer, as there was ALOT of of interested buyers and we wanted to put our best foot forward. We had all our documents ready and he looked over them. Bobby got is a pre-approval letter within an hour of our call. After signing the contract, we told Bobby we were excited about moving in ASAP and he told us he would get us to a closing in 30 days. Bobby later admitted he was aiming for two weeks, but was foiled when our lawyers title searcher made a mistake and didn't find a permit that was valid. Even then Bobby was the one to help get things back on track. We told our lawyer what Bobby said about 30 days and the lawyer laughed and told us three months. We gave notice to our short term rental and the landlady laughed and told us she would believe it when she saw it, and she would be happy to extend our rental when we didn't close for at least 3 months. Well Bobby came through 100%. We had actually been ready to close for over a week, and had just been waiting for a mutually agreeable day. We NEVER had to wait on the mortgage company. Approval took minutes. Lender inspection of the property was done in less than 3 days of contract (only because seller was busy the next day). Bobby never took more than a few minutes to respond to texts, emails or phone calls. He walked us through every step and went above and beyond any thing you would expect. Bobby presented us with an outline of all the costs we should expect from all sides, including our attorney, our title searches etc. When we needed info from the lender, the lender's attorney or even the seller, Bobby was more effective at getting it than our attorney or agent. Bobby gets you the best rate possible after comparing numerous lenders rates. He fights for you every step of the way. You will feel like you have someone in your corner who can help guide your purchase to a great closing. I am an attorney and a very demanding customer. I read every document thoroughly, point out even small mistakes, and will incessantly harass people who I think are not taking my patronage seriously. Bobby took that need away completely. He will fight for you when lawyers or agents or sellers, are not treating your purchases seriously. Go with Bobby.
