  I had a great expierence with contour. They helped me every step of the way close on my first house. Me and my wife are thrilled and grateful to be in our new home. My loan officer was knowledgeable and didn’t promise anything he couldn’t deliver. We closed in 30 days with a great rate and a monthly payment I was expecting. Thank you contour!

  Great experience overall. Chris was a true professional. He knew what our concerns were and was very reassuring. The process was smooth as our expectations were well set from the start. We were preapproved right away and final approved within 30 days. We were extremely happy with Chris G. and his entire team and highly recommend them. Thank you Contour!!

  We are currently in the middle of the loan process with them. They are awful. They don't respond to any messages, calls, etc. They take days to respond when they actually do respond. They have already delayed our closing once because they couldn't get it together. They actually denied the loan after we signed the approval forms and were three days away from close. They didn't even bother to call and tell us this either. We had to pry everything out of them. Once we fixed their issues for them, they now plan to delay our closing again. They are completely incompetent and a lot of the information they had about us on their documentation was completely wrong. Examples: new house build date was off by 40 years, used the wrong military pay rate (they used an older lower rate), and our current rent amount was off by hundreds of dollars. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Please note: We did not have any of the representatives that received good remarks above. We did have a great representative in the beginning, Bonnie. Once she had to leave the office for two weeks due to military obligations, others in the office managed to screw everything up. Bonnie was the complete opposite of all my remarks from above. It is those that the file got turned over to towards the end of the process that I am referring to.
