  Great service and excellent rooms. Plus their beds are so soft you can fall asleep within 20 minutes. Great place to stay at especially with kids. There is a pool that is open until11pm and reopens at 6am. Adjoining rooms in the rooms. Free complementary breakfast everyday. Their cook that makes the breakfast is a great cook!

  The hotel itself....you get what you pay for and I completely understood that when I check in. It was very standard and had a strange musty smell all over. The only positive thing I can say about the hotel was the bathroom was the only room remodeled. However, I didn't not foresee getting charged multiple times for my standard 2 queen room. I checked in and immediately saw the 2 pending charges, one for the actual room and the deposit fee. The next morning, the day I was checking out, the pending deposit was dropped. I confirmed with the front desk upon check out that I was completely done, no other charges would appear? He said yes, if that pending deposit has dropped already then you are done. Cut to two days later, they took another $200 from my account and honestly put my checking account into negative balance. I called and the Receptionist guy was not very helpful until I continued to push it. He told me his manager reversed the transaction effective immediately however it was not immediate. Told me he couldn't do anything else and I just had to call my bank for them to help (or clean up the hotel's mess for them.) My bank was actually more helpful and caring then the hotel. I'm giving the hotel 1 star for their customer service skills.

  Staff was courteous and helpful. The beds were so comfortable! There was a breakfast included, but I woke up too late to attend. The only negative to my stay and why I didn't give 5 stars was there was no hot water. I thought maybe this was do to the construction, but the front desk associate said this was not the case.

  Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for doing any events at the Convention Center. The front desk guy, Jacob, was great. The breakfast was decent being free with the room. Pool is indoors and warm. We stayed 2 nights and would absolutely stay again.

  We stayed to attend conference at Oregon convention center. The front desk was kind and helpful. Great experience when checking in and out. The room had nothing to be complained considering its price. Pretty nice. The location is great as it sit just one block away from MAX. Very convenient to get to the downtown.
