  Nice hotel, rooms are nice and clean. Nicely located. Staff was helpful and pleasent. It would be great if the showers had doors on them, the floor tends to get soaked when using the shower but overall was a nice place to stay.

  Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfy rooms. Super quiet, even though the area had a lot of traffic and construction our room was silent. They completely mixed up our bill, though...but were helpful and quick to correct it during check out. And each day the cleaning staff would forget something different...no clean water glasses one day, only left one of the two robes another, and so on. All swiftly addressed when we let them know, but it was somewhat comical! Overall a pleasant stay, we will be back.

  Wonderful place to stay. Not for everyone, however, it's very relaxing. Some noise from outside transit system, but not enough to keep me awake at night. Room is beautiful and very comfortable. Yes, snacks in room, you pay for, but bring your own and its worthwhile.

  This is an outstanding hotel. The rooms are modern secure (key card elevator) and very chic. The bed was so comfortable. That as soon as my head hit the pillow, out like a light. They have a lot of refreshments in the room. Would only purchase those if absolutely necessary. If, you are ever in Portland. This is the hotel to be at!

  Don't let them valet your car. Wish I could give them 5 stars, because the sercice, accommodations, and food were all superb during the 4 days and 3 nights we stayed (3-15-18 through 3-18-18), but there was a serious issue with the valet service. We were attending a conference at the Convention Center, and found the Hotel to be in the perfect location and surrounded by great food and easy access to areas of interest. So we valet parked the car for the entire trip, not intending to use it for anything while we were there. So on Saturday 3/17, we were surprised to see it back out of the garage and waiting in front of the lobby as we were walking to lunch, about 12:45p. Our vehicle is a fairly nondescript Camry, so we almost walked by without realizing that it was ours because we figured there were probably several others there at the time, since the Hotel was booked solid for the weekend. But we had a bad feeling about it, so we checked the license plate before we left and found that it was, in fact, our car. So we stopped the valet from giving it to someone else, and had them return it to the on-site garage. It was their only gaffe during our stay, but it was a whopper. If we hadn't have noticed ourselves, who knows where our car would have wound up. By all means, enjoy the location, accommodations, and excellent restaurants in the hotel. All superb, truly. Just don't valet your vehicle.
