  Nice place, can't beat the price. Free buffet breakfast. Close to walking to the inner harbor, and the Lexington Market.

  Small but decent rooms. Service at front desk varied by person, some were rude some were friendly. Easy walk to inner harbor and a cheaper than some of the surrounding hotels.

  Bare bones hotel. Convenient location, but not much in the way of amenities. No fridge in the room, poor wifi, old beat-up furniture.

  If I could give this place no stars I would. I travel a lot but this was the WORST place I have ever stayed! The front desk is awful! The girls are rude. The floor we stayed on smelled like weed. The bathroom was disgusting. The towels had hair on them. The bed sheets were dirty. The bathroom had empty roll and no back up. I had to go to front desk for toilet paper and new towel which was also dirty! I had no remote to the TV in the room and after asking for it for 2 days I gave up. The fire alarm in my room went off at 630 am because the battery was dead or dying. Called front desk, they told me maintenence would fix it when they come in. Okay, so I let it slide. I didn't sleep, alarm kept beeping. I left my room early and cone back around 6 pm. THE ALARM WAS STILL BEEPING! I had to go to the front desk very fustrated and she gave me an attitude. Finally at 7 pm someone came to change the batteries. Oh the ac in the room didn't work.. it was over 90 degrees outside. They had a little window ac unit. I was very disappointed with this place. Never again will I go there.

  First time staying in Baltimore for a concert and some sightseeing. Quality Inn was located in the perfect place, walking distance to where we needed to go. Like, when you see the skyline of Baltimore, we were right next to the building with the high tower and flag on top. I could see it right out my window. Parking is in a garage the next building over, 15$ a day, so be prepared for that. The room was great, i loved the layout and the drapery over the windows. We slept great and had no problems. The staff were great and helpful. Thank you for a great first time, we look forward to doing this again.
