::When I first went to Q&M it was suggested to me by an old student who is well known in the martial arts community. I was reluctant because taekwondo was not my first choice but I decided to give it a shot. Upon my first visit I found everyone to be very welcoming and kind. I had been looking for martial arts schools and had no luck before. I didn't feel comfortable in the other places, at Q & M it was such a peaceful and comforting environment. I honestly stayed because of the the people there. I wanted to surround myself with positive good people and Q&M has a lot of good hearts there. I felt like it was a place I could learn without fear or restriction yet also learn those good values and disciplines that should come from a good material art school. They are very big on respect and consideration. Building up not just the body and ability to fight but a persons character as well. I found they are able to work around a a person's physical restrictions, they never push you beyond your body's ability and work around anyone's disability or handicaps. They never tell you you can't do something they try to work around it. I personally have had my own physical limitations because of a stomach issue and it has caused me to not be able to attend consistently, regardless even when not being able to attend students and masters have reached out to check up on me to make sure I was well. They are flexible working around anyone's finances or schedule. I've left those work outs full of energy. I would suggest to anyone to eat light before and something very nutritious ( high in proteins) after. The work outs are very intense but fun. Both masters are very wise and easy to talk to. Master Mahai is full of wisdom and very patient. And master Q is strict yet gentle. It's been a while since I've been there but once I go back I know that it will be that same safe encouraging place where I can grow as a person.

::I had my son attend this school for the past few months, and to be honest, it wasn't a good experience. You can clearly tell that most of the black belts are way outta shape and most of the time, they are just standing around doing nothing while only one black belt teaches. My son found the classes to be very slow-paced and boring.
