  I wish I could give them 0 star. Horrible service. They don’t even know how to talk nicely. It seems like everyone is mentally sick.

  Just returned from a pre-employment drug screen, and it was fine. Got worried the night before after reading all these horrible reviews, and trying to decide which LabCorp to visit. Literally all the locations around Bronx and Queens have horrible reviews, so I ended up making myself more confused. Decided to bite the bullet and just visit this Bronx location closest to me. And like I said, it was fine. I'm sure it might depend who is working if you have a poor experience, or what time of day. I showed up at 2pm on a Friday and was out in about 30mins, even though most the positive reviews I saw mentioned arriving 9am or earlier. No appointment btw. Experienced no rudeness, I just signed in, sat down, and waited a half hour to be called, which isn't all that bad. The location kind of sucked, being that it's about a 15min walk from my Q44 bus. But yeah, I was discouraged before going due to reviews, and was pleasantly surprised at how painless it was after leaving. Good luck.

  Why do you have so many people if you cant handle them 3 hours wait time and there is no chair to sit

  Don't bother calling here because no one ever answers the phone, just go there instead. And don't bother making an appointment online with their website because it's really a first come first served type of deal. Make sure you have your registration number as well as the lab corp number with you. When you walk inside there is a very small room with a few chairs. The air conditioner is on but you have to sit in the right spot. I was the only woman in there waiting with a bunch of men. The receptionist looked like she hated her job/life and only greeted men who were attractive to her..weird...she didn't bother to greet anyone else who came in of course. The waiting wasn't so bad and everyone was being seen and out the door within every 10 minutes or so. Even though my experience wasn't exactly terrible I hope I don't have to come back here.

  The staff was very helpful and kind and I didn't wait long at all to do the drug test. It only took 5 minutes and it was very quick.
