  Dawnelle and the Qiflow teachers have influenced my fitness and movement, even from Boise, Idaho! When I visit Denver I always take classes here, and when I’m back home in Idaho I follow them online. The instruction is superb! Dawnelle is always introducing innovative ways to move the body and uplift the soul! Love these guys!

  QiFlow is the best, most well-rounded studio/gym in all of Denver. It revolves around classes and they kick your butt, every time. The class fusions of cycle followed by yoga or HIIT is one of a kind you won't anywhere else!

  With so many corporate gyms popping up, QiFlow is a true reprieve and feels like coming home. If you want not just a gym where you are a number, but a community and a place where people know your name and really encourage you to reach your fitness goals, look no further. The culture is really inclusive, friendly, and non-judgemental. The classes and instructors are cutting edge and keep fitness innovative and most importantly FUN. It’s so much easier getting into great fitness habits and a healthy routine when you look forward to the classes! Highly recommend this unique & boutique gym!

  Being a 50 year old woman, I was unsure I could find a place to work out that would meet my needs. Qiflow has become the place I want to be, I love the classes and the teachers. I am challenged and at the same time accepted at the fitness level I am at. You gotta try a few classes - you will not regret it
