  Love this gym! The staff is so friendly and super helpful. It’s never over crowded. Great atmosphere. Plenty of accessible water from their 2 water coolers.

  I was a member here for about a year. Everyone was nice, but they didn't have a water fountain or a good squat rack.

  Owner permitted me to do a photo shoot there earlier this summer. Great place, very clean and well-maintained. The owner and the staff were very easy to work with and beyond accommodating. Layout and decor made for great images for my clients. Would gladly work with them again! - Doug Larson Photography

  Awesome gym! They make great use of the space provided. Plenty of benches and machines (including multiple machines for legs which is a plus for me). Dumbells go up to 100lbs which is plenty for most folk. Upstairs for cardio an power lifts means you can get an all around great workout in. Not far from downtown either.

  We came in from out of town. The owner was rude. We weren't aware that we weren't allowed to take pictures and made us delete every single one. You apparently have to sign up for a photo shoot in order to take pictures in the gym. If this isn't a problem for you then go for it but the owner could've definitely gone about in a different way. We didn't sign any type of waiver or insurance paper. As far as the gym goes, it has pretty good machines. The rest of the staff was very respectful and accommodating.
