  Sales people are so knowledgeable about all their products, the groomers are the best! I took my cat in to have her groomed for the first time, I thought she was going to be unmanageable but the groomer knew exactly how to ease her nerves and when I returned for my baby looked so beautiful and wasn't nervous at all. I was more nervous than my cat. I will certainly return for more grooming appointments more frequently.

  Great place for your furry friends. Customer service is excellent and the staff is really doing their best to accommodate all the needs. Big shout out to Nevena, she is doing a great job, extremely knowledgable and always willing to help!!!

  As others noted, price for grooming seems arbitrary. $60 for bath and brush for a corgi is ridiculous - we were told $55 when going in with no explanation for the change. Grooming was good but nothing special. Employee was so busy asking me about a tip for groomer they forgot to validate my parking. The staff is nice but location is awful (live nearby - they are on a busy corner and kind of sketchy spot.) Walking your dog back to the parking garage is a hassle even before random people are bothering you and the dog.

  I brought my dog here a couple times so I got a feeling of this place I'm still looking for a better groomers because one thing for sure the price range either always goes up or down it's never the same price so I wonder what they should really charge or if they just over charge me at times. I just ask for a shower for my dog and he always comes out looking clean and smelling good also my dog is a large size dog. But this last time my bill was 80 I was surprised because that's the most they have ever charge me. But this time my dog came out a little wet and no bandana this is the second time this happened I feel like if he gets no Bandana it's like he never even went to the groomer but when going home my dog was acting weird like if they had done something to him I'm not claiming that they did but he was acting really weird note he's never done this before so this time I was mad for that reason and for what I paid I can at least get my dog dry. And the thing was they called me saying my dog was done that was a first because they never call me I always have to call them to see if my dog is ready. And they called me he was done it took them a while to give me my dog back i heard him barking in the back. The guy who usually groom's him always comes and bring us to him telling us how he did and what not this time it was a guy from the front desk who did this just worries me a bit I don't think I'll take him back... I may be over reacting but it's my dog anyone who has a dog knows how a dog acts and knows if something is wrong that's the feeling I got.
