  Sold me an incomplete batta tank, took them a month to get me a new tank, and the tank leaks, huge amount of water damage to my furniture and my bedding.... No number to call do you have owners personal number, he is still extremely hard to get a hold of, really upset don’t waste your money here..... has made the most simple pet be the most complicated transaction

  There many pets in here I would of have taken pictures but sadly they don't allow it. Is very important to follow their policies. Before you go inside the store in the door there is a clear sign of no pictures allow. I don't know why people disrespect their policies. I have come here a couple of times and when I purchase a pet they tell me how to take care of it. Eveytime I go there it always looks differn't like if they were remodeling it. I can see that employees there are really busy everytime I seen them doing something not just standing or sitting. When I need they help me out. Honestly I prefer coming here due to the information that Pet Co gives me is inaccurate and here it matches everything. Idk what they do their bird seeds but one of my friends comes and buys his bird food here because is the only seeds her birds will eat. Highly recommend here.

  Please do not shop here. There's something very unethical about this place as a whole. 1. They're not good in the business. There's many other ways that they can get stuff healthier and cheaper than what they're getting supplied with. 2. They have horrible conditions on display. They're not even ashamed about it. You can already see the birds being overcrowded, underfed, and overpriced compared to other competitors. I have tried to be kind to them about the reptile section as I am an ethuthiast who has spoken, about specific living conditions for each of the animals they provide, with herpologists. They don't care about the animals. It's horrific because I've seen some beautiful reptiles in there. I'm sure most of the animals in there are wild caught and have parasites. I would highly recommend to not purchase from here if you don't want a high vet bill from it contaminate an existing collection of any sorts. 3. Even their supplies are in the worst of conditions. They're not even well informed. I've talked to some of them asking about lighting and They said that the diurnal reptiles don't need UVB lights. I've spoken to them about it various of times and it shows their character. Just don't waste your time there. Just drive all the way up Pet Co or something.

  They sold me an infected bird and then died. I went back to see if he can trade it for another bird or give me my money back but he didn’t.I do not recommend this place if you want to buy a bird because almost all birds are infected.
