  Kay was professional and courteous. She was helpful in answering the questions I had. She showed us the storage and clearly explained the process for entering and exiting the property. She was a great representative for this location.

  Came in for packing supplies and Kay was very friendly, helpful, & knew a lot about protecting my things. I will be recommending this location to my roommates!

  My dad has a unit rented and today I went with him to help him making some changes because he wanted to have a smaller unit and wanted to save a couple of bucks as well. Kay or Kate (couldn’t get her name right) was helping us when we got there and she went above and beyond. My dad is very picky and always likes to squeeze the numbers as much as he can. Kate, went over everything without any rush and was very helpful throughout the whole process. She even showed us three different units and took her time even though she was the only working that night. It was a very pleasant experience.
