::Visited this facility for two days and nights. Helpful staff. Clean restrooms, grounds, pet friendly. Plenty of trash and recycling containers. Parking is plentiful. Walk to the Nationals Park and new United DC soccer facility. Water, electrical hook up and gas pumps.
Wells Turnage
::New manager 2017 is easier to get along with. Good value, electricity included, good prices on gas & diesel. Not full service, no mechanic, no hauling or repairs. Construction of the soccer stadium is currently making access difficult.

::Stayed on an AirBnB Houseboat here. It was nice for what it was. Glad it had a shower house.

::Great location. Has Diesel fuel, Ice, Pump-out, ample car parking, and seasonal slips. Really best bang for your buck IMO.

::Good solid marina, staff is hardworking and very attentive to the boaters. One example is the patience to clean the goose poop from the sidewalks every day so both geese and humans can be happy. Decent small ships store and if the don't have what you need, ask and the will try to stock it.
