Friendly Services. They are slow compare to other bank but they get the job done right! They helped when other bank turned me down. So they deserve 5 Stars!

Great credit union, wonderful branch! The loan officer there is such a pleasure to deal with & has a heart of gold. All branches, the employees are generally friendly & very helpful. They try hard to meet your expectations. What I really like about this branch are the hours, can't beat 'em! When I first joined this credit union in 2010, I had a Chase account that had originated with Coast Federal in Socal in 1996. After being acquired several times (Great Western, WaMu, Chase) and the bank meltdown in 2007-2008, I decided to try a credit union. It took almost 2 years to close my Chase account & give up certain conveniences for better quality financial services, but this credit union eventually won me over. Well worth it, I never looked back & have found that credit unions have their own conveniences, ups & downs. It's really a matter of getting used to change. This is a great credit union to try out for a first time credit union person.
