  Not the best , service is slow (jeez) I wonder about them sometimes 😳. Female owner, her hospitality seems forced.

  I've used Pristine Cleaners for years; this is a family owned business. They've done work for me on a same day/next day basis in an emergency. The wife is also a tailor and often tightens or replaces a button for me as a walk in and as a courtesy. Highly recommended.

  I just had the absolute worst dry cleaning service I have ever experienced at this place. I needed 2 white ensembles cleaned for an event tonight. I had a full day and no time to clean them at home. I chose that location because the sign clearly states "same day service" and it is close to home. I brought in 2 white shirts and 2 white pants at 9:10am for same day service. I was told by the woman in the store that they close at 5 and I should come back at 3 to collect the clothes. At 3:17 I went in with my mother to collect the clothes. The white linen pants were destroyed. Completely unsalvagable and unwearable. When I brought them in there were a couple faint dirt stains. Now there are HOLES in the linen. My pants looked like some small creature had been chomping at them. When I showed the woman the holes, she just shrugged and said, "I don't know, maybe you bring them in like that." Seriously??! I looked at the pants right as I was handing them over. There were NO holes. Just stains, which by the way were very present, seemingly more so than they were originally. I really wish that were all, but my chiffon blouse was also destroyed. Prior to this experience, I really thought a professional cleaning establishment would know how to handle clothes. I could not have been more wrong. The gold detailing on my blouse was somehow removed. When I brought this to the woman's attention. She said that it was a manufacturing problem. How is it a manufacturing problem if the shirt was fine when I brought it in? I read the shirt label. It said "wash inside out". I asked the woman if they put the shirt inside out when they were cleaning. Her response was, "Oh no, inside or outside is the same. We don't read we just dry clean. You want same day we don't have time." You can imagine my frustration, as I was told when I turned in the clothes that same-day service would be good. On top of the fact that I have to go in search of a whole new outfit. Bottom line, the service was terrible and my clothes were ruined. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
