  Horrible customer service! The woman/owner is so shrewd! She messed up 2 of my shirts and refused to get them fixed. There were some very visible spots on the shirts from spraying starch on them and she refused to clean them again! Ive been bringing all my shirts to her for so many years now, and she knows that. But still she refused to fix 2 lousy shirts...nerve of her she is asking me that "how do I know you brought these shirt here for cleaning?" Really?? I bring 15-20 shirts here every time to be washed!! I pay hundreds of dollars to her for cleaning....and for 2 lousy shirts!!! She gave me an attitude! Never again going to this place ever! She is so Greedy and Miser!
