If I could put zero stars, I would. This is the most SHADY, RUDE, and FRAUDULENT dealership I've been to. The whole process was from 11am to 5pm, we waited for their finance manger who was "coming in a few minutes" to arrive, but in actuality he arrived almost 3 hours later. the FEES are RIDICULOUS. the SERVICE could be compared to that of GARBAGE. When speaking to other individuals in the car dealing industry (not affiliated with this company) they confirmed that the fees presented were SPIKED UP in comparison to the average fees. When viewing the car I was interested, they had NO BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF CARS. When speaking of the parts, they had little to say and only read the information off the computer. The main sales person assisting us had no clue what a brake lock was. WHY SELL CARS IF YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEM? I was aware that a used car would not be in the best condition, but there was issues found in the car that was not brought up in the online advertisement, such as no functioning horn, missing gear shifter, possible non-functioning brake light, the two front tires were damaged (a chunk of the rubber was hanging off), and an odd "ticking" noise in the engine. They tried to water the issues down and state that the car is in "perfect condition" and "not to worry", I highly doubt they were going to correct any of these issues. While viewing the 5-star reviews, its obvious they are FAKE. just another why they try to scam you into a purchase. This place does not deserve your hard-earned money. HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU LOOK OTHER PLACES IF YOU WANT A CAR.

***first, check that most of the 5 Star reviews are from ppl who are apparently purchasing another car every few weeks from shady dealerships across the area... or more likely, are fake reviews My experience: Once they make the sale they will give you zero attention. Ignore multiple calls and messages. Fraudulent dealer - sold us car with 3 different tires one of them the wrong size. Car had power train issues bc of this and Ended up adding an additional $1700 to our car price. AVOID THIS DEALER. I confirm with them THREE times that there are two sets of keys - after the paperwork we are getting ready to get the car and they conveniently don't have on site and will mail them right away... weeks later no key and impossible to reach anyone.

Im a person with no credit and a chapter 7 Bankrupcy. I searched around for a used car with a great price and reasonable interest rate. After being rejected by 3 dealerships, I reached out to Prince Auto. At prince auto I was able to get the lowest interest rate possible of 19%. The price of the vehicle was exactly what was advertised 19,995 which came out to 25,000 out the door with a 2 year warranty. My advice for people with bad credit is to be patient with the finance team at Prince Auto, have verifiable income and at least 2,000 down payment. Prince auto has the lowest price in NYC for used and new cars. At Prince Auto you will get the best finance deal guaranteed. Soon you can drive off with a new car like me.

Do not go there! I filled out a credit application to finance 2015 chevy suburban for some reason we did not reach an agreement on the price (that happens) but the thing is I saw a hard credit inquiry on my credit report a week later. Someone tried to open an account with Verizon wireless under my name two days after I filled an application and this happened in NY. (I live in northern NJ) It's scary that they were the only one that have my information. I am not blaming the entire dealership, It could be one of their sales person but it's definitely scary.
