I have had experiences with body shops, where after the estimate is given and the work begun, there always seems to be additional "hidden expenses" - He recommended replacing 2 decaying hoses and did the work without adding to the estimate. In addition, it can't be overstated what a great communicator he is. After dealing with the jerk who ran a red light and hit my car, and then frustrating communication with the insurance company, Stuart was reassuring in how well he would repair my car. And he was right.
