  I was able to replace tire just under $200 so that was not bad for Grand Cherokee.

  Great for tires. Prices are not cheap but they aren't very expensive either. Most work performed outside of tires (brakes, suspension and other related work) is done relatively swift and prompt. The staff here have the patience of saints and are immensely attentive to satisfy and resolve any issue you may have. They are open seven days a week, which is beneficial to an immeasurable degree.

  Fair prices and customer service. Took back a dead battery under warranty no questions asked. Usually there's a catch with warranties...they gave me a new one with no charges at all.

  Horrible, unprofessional, person in reception area knows absolutely nothing about tires. I researched my needs the night before on the Mavis Website before heading over to my local location which is 0.2 tenths of a mile away from my front door. This person mumbled to themselves for over thirty five minutes while trying to formulate a sentence as they tried to research and figure out what their sale and rebates brands were on my time. Preparation is key here and knowing your brands when assigning an employee to be your face and voice especially in a Newly Opened location however sleepy Little Falls is as a blip of a town on the map of NJ. I will never spend a dime here based on this experience and would be cautious to enter any other Mavis Location. I even at one point had to load up the Mavis site up on my cell and help this person along because this incompetent wasn't getting anywhere in the process of helping me to spend 500 bucks!!!
