::I've always had a great experience at Presbyterian Hospital. Thats why I decided on Pres for any medical needs. Recently I had to be airlifted to Albuquerque due to a cardiac condition and get a pacemaker. Everyone was excellent from the nurses to the doctors. Then came Discharge day. I was told I'd see the doctor in the morning for discharge. My wife came early to pick me up. Yes the doctor came in. She did her thing. She also wanted to do another chest x-ray and ordered it. Then the nurse came in to take my discharge vitals and everything was good to go. 3 hours later my wife ended up going to the desk and asked what was going on because we were still waiting. The desk nurse said she'd check and get back to us. Results, no answer. An hour later I went up, asked what was going on. She called radiology and they said they'd be right up. A nurse came in, removed the heart monitor and said radiology is on the way up. That was almost 15 minutes ago and nothing. So we've been sitting in this room for almost 5 hours since the doctor okayed me to go and I still have the pic line in my arm. Not to mention the meals were cold once they got to the room. This is ridiculous and I'm totally disappointed in this hospital. Being a former EMT, I'm ready to pull the pic line myself and walk out of here.

::Okay, by my own admission this hospital is on the slow side. That being said every person I encountered during my visit was outstanding in every way. My nurse was a great guy and we joked around quite a bit. My doctor was an Osteo Named Dr. Nick Swindle. He was professional, affable, and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. Everyone was just 100% on their game

::I had a great experience having my baby here because of the great care taken afterward. After the c section the nurses listened and helped me as best they could, also kept my pain under control, and were not dismissive. I happen to have a really great team to help me out. Dr. Kelly Dressur was a great OB.

::The ER triage guy was rude and made me cry. A guy peed in his wheelchair and no one bothered to clean it. I walked out of there totally convinced my diagnosis was wrong. About 15 minutes after I left the ER I started to feel quite a bit better. All they gave me was potassium and it worked. They have issues but they do know their stuff. Any other visits I have made to this ER were as pleasant as they could make it be. If I was in need of critical care this is where I would want to be. Thank you

::My wife gave birth here recently and it was a great experience. The team assigned to her were amazing and provided top notch care. One of our anesthesiologists named Karin was especially amazing, for her compassion and care. The postpartum unit was great, with plenty of nurses who looked after us and were able to meet all of our needs. The food wasn't even half bad but only patients can order room service, so if you are a guest you have to either go to the cafeteria or get something else. All of our needs and questions were met and we left the hospital with our baby boy.
