::This is a program to help seniors remain independent and at home for as long as possible. They will sell you on an all inclusive program, but they fall far short of their promises. My mother-in-law is part of this program. Management truly doesn’t care about the participants. The lack of communication between the departments is off the chart. Drs from our local hospitals are correcting their doctor’s prescriptions. They cannot effectively coordinate between their departments (transportation, appointments and home care services) then will apologize and promise to do better. Don’t dare be an advocate, management will instruct staff to ignore texts and calls, and make it even more difficult to obtain services participants are supposed to receive and are paying for those services. Physical therapist won’t bother to return messages nor provide services. Actively seeking remedies.

::This facility does a poorly job on taking care of the elderly. I based this off seeing their service personally and the way they took care of my grandma. Do not take your loved one here!

::Avoid this place at all cost. My poor grandma has bedsores, an open wound, and transportation/appointments are a mess. Unless you hate your family member and want the worst care possible, this is not the place to bring them. We are in the process of contacting the authorities as well as government agencies. This is not ok.

::As I applied to be in the day center, the older staff was NOT FRIENDLY! Made me feel very uncomfortable where after 2 weeks I couldn’t take that toxic behavior and left. The seniors are great!! Loved the job just wish things would be better addressed than knowing of behaviors of staff and nothing getting done.

::My mother is part of this program. The staff are very nice, but that is where the benefits of this program stop. There is NO communication, they are constantly changing appointments, and the pharmacy they work with NEVER gets her medications right. In the beginning, they make it sound like they are going to do so many things for your loved one, but the lack of communication and all the red tape keeps anything positive from being accomplished. The idea of this program is a good one, but the effectiveness is sorely lacking.
