  A unique Victorian building with wonderfully decorated and appointed rooms with everything you could want - all conveniences thoughtfully provided. Good location for walking to Harvard and also to MIT (fairly long but doable walk). We would definitely stay again when the occasion arises.

  Rooms upstairs are small, with little window lighting, but rooms on first floor roomier & sunnier. Not pleased with shower as it alternated between cool & warm, never hot. Reserved parking is a must & convenient. Very accommodating location with mass transit, shops, cafes & restaurants close. Was initially not pleased with room on 3rd floor (no elevator especially for 55+), but customer service excellent in securing better room in 1st floor. Overall, very pleased except for shower.

  My room was clean and easy to access. The bed was comfortable too. The “staff lite” concept meant there was either limited or no staff on the property. No one to ask about why the heating unit didn’t work or to let know that the outdoor lighting is insufficient at night. The previous owners were always very welcoming. This felt very cold and impersonal. ☹️

  Great location, comfortable room and common area, great patio, thoughtful touches. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The entire place was very clean and everything from boiling to check in was really simple. Will definitely stay here again when back in Boston!

  A wonderful weekend stay in Cambridge. Comfortable and very clean room and lounge. Easy to access with keypad entry. The location was perfect for visiting my student during parents weekend. This will be my top choice for future visits.
