Officer Taylor came to my buisbusi to help with a homeless problem, explained what they could do and could not do. She cleaned up the dirty needels left gave me the contact information for NERT. Very pleasant to deal with a professional of her caliber. Thanks

Very disappointed when I called to report that a crazy lady rammed my truck with her shopping cart as it was parked along the street and I'm sitting in it. Dispatch says, "hmmm, that's weird" as if I did something to provoke her and I'm not giving him all the facts. No, she was just a lunatic and it's not your job to decide if I'm telling the truth or not. Sadly, dispatchers should receive more training then they do and it's obvious.

Remember: When Seconds Count, the police are only Minutes away, The courts have consistently upheld that police agencies are under no obligation to provide individual protection; only to the community at large. In other words, you are on your own until (and if) they arrive. Police Officers themselves do the best they can, but You are your own best Protector, and it is up to You to take personal responsibility for your own and your family's personal safety. Sheepdogs are few and far between in the Nanny-state the politicians and The Left are constructing in America today. They Want You to be totally dependent on Them for Everything - as you pay your taxes for THEIR armed security details...

Understaffed, not supported by our politicians, and put into unsafe working conditions. But they still continue to serve and protect Great group of officers who care about the community that they serve!!!

If I could give them 0 stars that would be perfect. Called them about 2 hrs and a half hours ago. Then called them again to make sure they were coming. They said they are really busy. Seriously? In half an hour it will have been 3 hours. They seriously are slackers. I rarely give a bad review on anything, but this is ridiculous. Signed -Forever waiting in Portland. PS -I think it's weird that they are on yelp. :/ 1 star means I hated it- just in case anyone is wondering. 0 is more like it.
