Dr. Castle & her knowledgeable team are wonderful! They answer my questions & fill meds promptly. They make my fur babe feel comfortable and loved. They are always patient, genuine & sincere.

Only good experiences with my cat Gaby here. She is a particularly challenging patient, being older and having hyperthyroid. Dr Castle is knowledgeable and competent. She is considerate of your budget also, informing you of the costs, alternatives, and not over-prescribing nor pushing "extras". You can always call in to chat with the doctor and messages are always returned promptly. A big plus of this practice is the availability of home visits and pickup/dropoff service ($20 extra). I live downtown, so your charge may differ.

I'll never take my baby (cat) anywhere else. Talk about above and beyond care, they're the absolute best. Their love for animals truly comes through and they're affordable!

I was very impressed with this place when I first brought my cat here a little over a year ago, but wanted to see how it went. I have been nothing but happy with the experience since. I really appreciate the software they use to send updates and appointment notices - really convenient! They also don't send anything that I don't need to see which I appreciate.

Dr. Castle and her team have taken good care of our Min Pin mix. Most recently, our dog ate something he shouldn't and got extremely sick. After waiting 3 days to see if it would resolve itself, we saw Dr. Castle who checked him thoroughly, and then gave us medication and special food for him. The illness resolved that day, and he loved the special food!! We trust the Portland Animal Clinic completely.
