  Very bad customer service, they clearly do NOT value the clients from the bad attitude they had when spoken to.

  I called this place today and spoke to a man that was extreamly rude. He had a terrible attitude when I simlpy was trying to get information about the vehicles they had. I been in Houston for the past 6 months and never dealt with such a person. That tells you alot about the place. If that is how they treat people at the beginning only God knows what you will deal with after. Horrible experience, to many other places you can rent from.

  Worst people I've ever dealt with. Very rude when I spoke to them. They would be the last people I would rent from while in Houston. I would literary rather walk than rent a car from that place.

  Don't even bother looking around. Platinum is the way to go! Benny is second to none with a lineup of stellar vehicles. Highly recommended 10/10

  They delivered on late notice, and the car absolutely blew our crowd away. We used it as "Santas ride" and it was a hit!! we will use them again.
