  I would definitely recommend Hertz to anyone who is looking for a hassle free process to rent a car. I had a reservation somewhere else that screwed me on what I was told online and in person and Hertz just made it 1,000% better. I walked in, waited for 2 min for a "soft credit check" when paying with my DEBIT card, and pointed out a car on the lot, swiped m y card, gave me the keys and I was out in about 5 mins. It was so easy. A few things to consider when paying with a debit card that I wish was different, you will need an extra $200 deposit on your card that will be held until you turn the car back in. The full amount will be taken out of your card but then put back in so if you think you have that money available, don't use it! They could take up to a week later to get that money out of your account, I was constantly checking to make sure I didn't go over so that when they took that amount it I wouldn't be over drawn. Other then that, this was the second time I had used Hertz and I plan on using them again in a few months, specifically this location, employees were nice and made you actually feel like a customer instead of rushed or stressed about doing their job.

  All staff members are very professional and helpful. Special shout out to Kris and David at this location who always ensure my entire renting experience is smooth. Check-in process is very fast and cars are in great condition. I would highly recommend Hertz and specifically this location to everyone!

  This location is awesome. Very centrally located. They also open on Sundays. Which is nice because the only other locations are open on Sunday are the ones at the airport. Plus the staff was super friendly and very helpful!

  Excellent service. Good bunch of people who actually works to help you. Definitely recommend it even if you have a hertz location near by, choose this location for better cars and excellent customer service.

  Kindness is something we take for granted in Houston. Having said that, it tends to be in short supply at places like rental car companies. That is why I was pleasantly surprised by how kind the staff was at this particular location. Our rental was through an insurance claim so we had no choice regarding car companies. The service I received was top notch. The staff was courteous, professional, and, above all, kind. It is obvious that they respect and appreciate their customers. Hertz corporate could learn a thing or two regarding customer service from the folks at this location.
