  The delivery time was great. It didn't take long for them to get to me. I ordered online and never had to speak to anyone except the driver when delivered.

  Got delivery. They forgot my 2 liter Dr. Pepper. We called back and they said they would send it out to us. They never brought it and I paid for it so now I'm giving you one star.

  A bunch of friends and I decided to get two pizzas and they told us that the wait will be between 90-100 minutes. After an hour we decided to call and asked them what happened to the pizza. They told us they were going to transfer us to the manager but instead HUNG UP ON US!!! we called 16 more times and every time they hung up. When they finally decided to talk to us they said they don't have a name of the person who ordered it when clearly we have the bank statement. Then they sent to the wrong place and said we were at the wrong place, then they said they don't even deliver to our hotel. Later today they're getting a call to the bosses boss, and getting a very clear statement of what their employees are like. They're money stealing people who don't know what the hell they are doing, and after 12 hours we still haven't gotten refunded.

  Staff at the Grand Ave location are amazing! Always great deals online. They deliver on time and food is always great!! Lots of good seasoning on crust and everything comes warm and service is always great!
