::Pinnacle is the nicest gym that I have ever been a member of. The facilities are extremely clean, and there is a wide variety workouts that can be done in their facility. They have a full pool/sauna room as well as your typical weight room. Their classes are taught be amazing teachers, and get you a total body workout in a quick amount of time which is great for lunch hour workouts. If you are in the downtown area, I highly recommend a membership to this gym!

::The customer service here is terrible. Employees clearly don't want to be there and they treat the customers accordingly. Machines are nasty (not just regular gym nasty, like I was worried about catching a disease). You'd be better off going to any other gym in Omaha.

::I have moved away from Omaha and I truly miss going to Pinnacle. I was an early morning open the door dude and I have to say that all the staff were the best. The other patrons of the club were the best and we had become a family in there! The place was always clean and ready for business first thing in the morning. Awesome place!

::Well equipped, clean, and well staffed. It has great amenities including a three lane pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam room. Free classes with a membership are offered as well. There are not many squat benches, however. The free weights area can get crowded during peak hours.

::I've been a member as Pinnacle for over three years. I feel very comfortable here and enjoy the friendly staff very much. Whenever I have had a special request of any kind, they have always been willing to help me. I have belonged to several other gyms across Omaha. This is my favorite by far and also one of the most reasonably priced. It is always clean and I never have any issues with getting to use whatever equipment I need.
