  Great pizza and good prices. The only knock on the place is how long it takes for the pizza to be made. Other than that the customer service is good, overall nice spot to socialize and enjoy delicious pizza!

  This place is AWFUL. I ordered a pizza and there was an error on my end (safari). However, I was charged for the pizza, $25.00. I proceeded to call Pinks to verify that my ordered had gone through (since I was charged for it!) but the person on the phone told me they couldn't find my order. He proceeded to take my order and said they would place my order however their "delivery guy was running late" so I had to cancel the order all together (I needed it delivered). I told him to void the transaction and refund me my money and he said a manager would call me back. Five hours later no one had called so I decided to call back. I spoke to manager Jorge/George (not sure how he spells it). He was very rude, incompetent, unwilling to help, and even accused me of lying about the entire ordeal. He refused to refund me my money unless I proved I placed the order? Yet I explained there was no way I could do that and I even offered to drive down and show him the charge on my account, which he refused to consider as a solution. He then told me there was no solution and that I would just have to accept that I was out $25! I ended up calling my bank and I am in the middle of disputing this transaction. Horrible service and awful experience. Don't give this place your business because they clearly have no ethics and steal from potential clients. I gave them one star because I couldn't post a review without doing so, however they don't even deserve that.

  Sunday (April 22). THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! As soon as we walked in. As our first time here we asked employees Kayla where to order and she just stared at use without even saying hello or giving us directions to order. She had the WORST ATTITUDE... the whole time we tried to order she stared at me and my sister the entire time with the meanest look on her face. Then I asked if all the pizzas come with the round tomatoes or did I have to order it off (I didn’t know because all I’ve seen were pictures online)... her response was like “well tomatoes come in tomatoes sauce.” Yes I know that Kayla. Then my boyfriend asked Kayla if there was root beer then she just stared at us in the face then didn’t answer. From the time we walked in from the time we order she had nothing but a rude attitude and bad customer service. Also while We was there for some reason they had locked the front door and a family were trying to get in... looking confused why it was close from the other side. I turned and asked Kayla if there’s a reason why the door is lock... she of course didn’t response. So I got up and open the door. Then while Kayla took their order she was smiling and all happy. Pizza was good but the customer left a bad taste in my mouth.

  I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend and her sister on Sunday, April 22 around lunch time. It was our first time ever going to the restaurant and when walked in, we saw the cashier Kayla. She never once greeted us, never told us where we could go to take our order (keep in mind, I’m sure we looked very confused) Once we figured out where we order at, we went to the window and proceeded to have our order taken by Kayla. At this point, Kayla hadn’t said much, if anything at all, to us. Personally, I felt a little uncomfortable. When we started to take our order, I personally felt that Kayla was being kind of rude. Whenever my girlfriend would ask a question she would be met with no response or a smart-Aleck response. An example: my girlfriend is not a fan of tomatoes on her pizza, and she saw a picture that had round tomatoes on the pizza. She asked if the pizzas came with the round tomatoes (she specifically described the tomatoes she saw) or if that was a topping that had to be added separately. Kayla responded with the information that the tomatoes were added separately, but also made sure to remind us that Mariana sauce contained tomatoes (which we were fully aware of in a pizza place) As far as the pizza went, when it came out (after about 15-30 minutes) it was actually pretty good. We got a pepperoni pizza with the bacon cheese sticks. And frankly, the pizza plus the nice guy who brought our pizza out gave this restaurant my second star, but the first impression and first customer service interaction is what sticks with me more than the pizza and is why I feel that the customer service in general is no more than one star quality.

  I love Pink's pizza. But this location have the worst customer service ever. I have been here twice and both times I had to ask for someone to take my order. The customers are nicer the the staff. I think they are racist because they treated the white people a little better. The one on Sheppard is awesome so I expected more. Food was good.
