I called to request information on how to go about legally changing my name. I was transferred to Mary, a clerk. I was being pleasant and gentle but from the start, Mary was very rude and condescending. To her credit, she told me what time to arrive and how much it would cost, but then she just tried to rush me off and kept saying “the rest is up to you” and for me to figure it out. When I asked her to please clarify because I did not understand, she kept sighing loudly and saying “like I said, figure it out, the rest is up to you!” And I then calmly asked her to please be patient with me as I did not understand what that meant, and she proceeded to quickly rattle off random organizations. I proceeded to wish her a nice day and thank her, she hung up on me. :/ Very unpleasant experience. Please address this issue guys. Mary needs to be warned.

The judges and commissioners are very dishonest. They use policy and court rules to hide and limit the truth and due process. Jane Butler could not explain what her jurisdiction was. She says “family court rules of procedures” is what defines jurisdiction! Fact, Jurisdiction of all court judges only come from the us constitution and jurisdiction is limited based on case by case basis! Kyle Bryson’s appointed commissioners and protemps do not know when they have constitutionally approved jurisdiction of cases and appear to rules and file judgements without confirming the validity of the court’s lawful jurisdiction. Kyle Bryson is committing crimes by allowing commissioners to rules on post decree cases when they have no valid jurisdiction!

1- Not a highly advanced inf rastructure or road system to attend the court house. Limited parking spaces and transportation issues to attend the court facilities. This is also not a n easy commute and not a bike friendly area. 2-Ineffective check-in system to enter the court house. Whether you are visiting for a civil matter or atte nding jury duty or any other related court function, you may find yourself standing in line for 45 mins outside the courthouse (shine, cold or rain). 3- Health and sanitary issues. The court is begging for facility upgrades, but even facilities with a lower maintenance and operations budget keep their facilities clean! Please, please clean the toilets. Every time I have visited this court, the toilets are overflowing and there is literally poop everywhere . You cannot find one hand sanitizer station and with the space being elbow to elbow during peak hours I suggest you wear masks and gloves.

The court allowed the order of protection that was obtained against me to remain in place without any proof of a crime or intent. They also did nothing to the plaintiff after she admitted to leaving the state with my children and refusing to allow me parental time before that. I'm sure that mine and other mens civil and parental rights have been violated by the draconian and gender biased Arizona State laws.
