::Sent me a bill in 2008 for a Fine ($52.10) from 1989 that I paid in 1994 to get a release from Arizona to get my license in Alaska. I provided proof of the release in 2008. Also, I filed a case with the Attorney General, sent it all to Pima County and now 10 years later, I get another bill for the same fine, but now it's ($101.05). I will find all my documents and file another case with the AG, and maybe I should sue the Pima County for my time and effort. My time is very valuable. Maybe Pima County thinks we are all idiots and they can bleed us dry every 10 years or so. I'd give them NEGATIVE 10 STARS if I could. Update: Just got off phone, they got a new Collection Agency, seems the last company wasn't reporting to the court properly. The court says they didn't receive my dispute from the collection company, which is funny, since they are the collection agency. Her answer to me was pay it, do nothing and they'll come after me, or fight it again. Feels like extortion to me.

::can never get a hold of them when i try to call. they say they are open at 7 am but never answer the phone. and when they do answer i get vey little help with my situation.

::People we have to remember that these judges are Justices of the Peace, they do not even have to be attorney's according to the Justice of the Peace qualifications. We need to watch out for them and try, try, to complain about them. The best thing to do is vote them out! We the people have the power to get rid of them. Write their names down and hand slips of paper to others and ask them to vote against them when they run. We can do it and I have had a very bad judge who lost his race for Justice of the Peace for Precinct 10. This so called Judge was an attorney and he fixed the jury pool in my case. I talked to the Jury Commissioner to verify what he did. VOTE THEM OUT AND SEND THEM A NOTE WHEN THEY LOSE THAT YOU CAMPAIGNED AGAINST THEM SO HA, HA ON THEM
