Awesome trainers, great equipment and the best atmosphere around. So happy to have Pilates Physique in town. Pilates holds a special spot in my crazy workout schedule, I run, spin, dance and am always up for trying the latest craze, but Pilates has made a noticeable change in my body and I love that I can continue my training at Pilates Physique.
