  The place smelled alot bad odor and place looked disorganized need to upgrade their facility but the trainer was very friendly and nice I'd say which was positive and answered all my questions.

  The best place for grooming in the area.... I haven't boarded my dog but they always look happy!!!!

  Great play time for any season since it's indoors. Staff is wonderful!! Big and small dog play areas. Supervised. You can stay and play with your dog. If there are any behavior issues, they are dealt with immediately unlike many other parks that rely solely on owners being responsible to keep their pets behavior in check. Great release for high energy dogs like ours.

  Extremely disappointed, hurt, and upset! I brought my husky for a trim and made sure to use photos as reference on how I'd like for it to look based on his previous haircut. Was told it could be done and even when I dropped him off the day of I asked if they needed to see the pictures again and only got an attitude in return and was told "yes, we know." Only to pick up my son later and see just how they butchered his fur. His coat is down to the skin! After demanding to speak to the owner which happened to be who butchered his fur all I get is "I'm trying to apologize. The comb I was using wasn't going thru and so I went just one size down. It's hair. It'll go grow back" when I asked why, if she was having trouble she didn't just call and say it couldn't be done. Rather, than just cutting the way she did and like nothing tying a bandana around his neck as if proud of her work! I received no answer. At first being told I can have $10 off the price agreed on. And later saying ok, you don't have to pay. If you care at all about your pet don't bring them. You have a better chance at cutting it better yourself. My dog isn't just "a dog" to me. He's my fur baby/son and I feel simply heartbroken in seeing what he looks like right now, in having trusted someone only to then butcher his fur and leave him looking like a clown. You just don't do that. They have feelings too!

  FIDO Fitness Club is simply amazing. Not only were they able to accommodate our 3 dogs for an extended period of time(2 weeks) but it was also on a very short notice after a 12 hour international flight and 3-4 hours of traffic in route to Long Island causing us to miss our appointment with another kennel that closed at 7pm and could not wait for us to arrive(FIDO closes at 9pm). The owner of Michelle(i think) personally ensured that staff was available to meet us on such a short notice. The staff was also extremely helpful and great with our pets(especially Linda), we could not have asked for a better situation for our pets, as we made our move to Long Island and started a search for a place to live. Our pets simply loved it there and we plan on using FIDO's exclusively in the future.
