  Laurel at InMotion Health & Wellness does a wonderful job. She is very knowledgeable and is also very friendly. I went to the doctors to be diagnosed with tendonitis. I was told that there was nothing to be done except take ibuprofen and stop using my hands. Upon sharing this with Laurel, she informed me that if my muscles were tight, they also put a strain on the tendons and being able to release the knots in my forearm would also help relieve some of the pain and stress. Laurel also showed me a few exercises to help with my wrists. Laurel is excellent in her field and also an all around genuine person.

  The staff at InMotion are AWESOME! Everyone has been fantastic! I've seen just about everyone from Heather to Dr. Kyle to Laurel. I consistently go to Laurel for massage therapy. My bike accident left me with neck/back pain and headaches, so she has been working to stretch out those areas and massage away the knots. She's done wonders for me! So glad I got the referral to go to InMotion. You guys are the best!!

  I recently received a 90 massage from Laurel at InMotion and highly recommend her as a therapist. Very warm, sensitive, and nurturing person that can be felt in her touch (even when it hurts). Will be coming back for more. This place has some other really cool services and therapies that I want to try out as well.

  I'm hard on my body by over training, lifting too heavy, and not letting my body get rest. I'm one of those that only seeks treatment when everything I've tried no longer alleviates the pain...I've seen several different chiropractors and therapists through the years, but didn't feel they were pinpointing what was causing the pain. I was in Dr. Al's run club and would complain to him about every single ache and pain. He recommended I come into their office and try ART with Heather. I'm so glad I listened to him...after every adjustment or ART session, I feel good as new! The recovery boots are awesome! I could sit in those for hours! The massage therapists are really good too! Thanks, Heather, Al, Judy, and the rest of the In Motion team! Now I better schedule my next appointment! :)
