  I paid a lot of money for expensive tests to tell me what my kidney stones are made of. Waited an hour in the clinic for each of my appointments before seeing anyone. Then Dr. Hsu told me that I can treat it with diet but refused to go over the diet with me. He just handed me a pamphlet with conflicting instructions in it. I can google general guidelines, I needed sample meal plans or an example. I asked for this multiple times before he just kind of left. I canceled my follow up. Oh and they desperately need a new billing department, it’s a nightmare.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Volfson at this practice for one year. He diagnosed me with early stage prostate cancer. He performed a successful prostelectomy on myself. I have received very good care from him and his team from the front desk staff to all of the nurse from diagnosis to post surgery care and follow up. I would recommend Dr. Volfson and his team to anyone.

  This outfit is the worst I ever experienced! the rooky doctor stood me up in a room for 2 hours before his I could see him, and then couldn't diagnose my problem so he reschedule another consultation 3 months later. What a waste of time !

  Customer service sucks, they showed in no way they cared for you as a patient, and the procedure was not good. Communication skills suck so bad that a 3 rd grader can solve my medical problems better. Overall not impressed at all with any of the staff which includes the doctor that performed my procedure. Find a different urology practice to be treated by.
