  I bought a pair of winter boots at Philadelphia Shoe Outlet. Within two weeks (and after worn only a few times) the heel separated from the rest of the shoe, as you can see in the picture. I took them back with proof of purchase, and they refused to give me a refund. I advise you not to shop here. What a shame that the city of Philadelphia allows scammers peddling garbage to operate right across from city hall.
