  Took my mom for mother's day and I was utterly disappointed at the service and the food. I called to make a reservation and was told my table will be ready by the time I get there. And, the table wasnt ready when I got there. Had to wait around for them to set up the table. Mind you, this is 9:30pm and the restaurant is nearly empty but they gave us the corner table and the lighting was pretty bad there, couldn't even see our menu. Once we ordered our food, it took 30-40 minutes for the food to come. By the time the food arrived it was cold and not good. I don't think they have an excuse to serve cold food when there weren't many customers to begin with. Not a very good mother's day experience for my mom.

  The food at P.F. Chang's is good, tasty, and consistent every time I visit. The service, on the other hand, is always hit or miss. On some occasions, we get fast service, food arrives quickly, and we're out of there in no time. Other times, we'll wait forever for someone to come around to the table to take our order, fill up water, or ask us if we're interested in dessert. I still give them a good rating because of the food.

  Got the new rice and noodle bowls. They should be priced at least $2 to $3 less. I thought these meals were usually almost half the price of a regular entree. The fried rice that I paid extra for was just Jasmine rice fried with soy sauce. They missed the mark on this one. Our eggrolls we're burnt. The spicy chicken noodle bowl with the Fresno peppers was delicious, though.

  Good food. A little slow on service. Waited 20 minutes upstairs before anyone greeted us. Portions were uneven. My wife and I had the same dish. She got twice as much. Meal was very good none the less. My suggestion is not sit upstairs if you want quick service.

  In general, customer service is great.The waitress was really friendly and made us smile. At first, we got a table upstairs, but it was too dark so we asked to be moved down. The food tasted great. Although one of the plates arrived a little late after the other ones, it was the best tasting plate on the table. They have hot green tea which is made out of looseleaf tea. The noodle plates are big and are great for sharing with the rest of the table, but the chicken and seafood options were a bit too small. It was hard to find parking, so expect to drive around for a couple of minutes before you find a praying spot.
