  Always helpful and willing to answer questions. They help solve problems for any pets and pet environments you may be having problems with. Could do with having a few more stag members to help with their influx of customers. This is to be expected though, as they are the best at what they do.

  Lots of dead fish and snails >:( They didn't have any bettas out, which was why I was there, to look at them. They said it would take 2 hours to unpack them even though they were sitting in a box in plain view. Poor fishes :( Otherwise, customer service was pretty nice and helpful. Everything was like bought out though and price labels were not in the right spot.

  Great store. Great prices. I keep coming back because every employee I have interacted at this store is always helpful, knowlegable, and nice.

  Super! They were so nice & exchanged a bag of dog food my dog want able to stomach. She's older & they let me exchange it for her old dog food. I couldn't find my receipt & they said "no problem. Thanks
