  Had a situation where a puppy passed away but I was still making payments while having another puppy as well. Being double charged and getting an explanation that the other payments are being applied to the current puppy isn't very professional. Make sure that you review your contracts and double check ALL of the paperwork. Financing company was very helpful and understanding though.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible place to buy an animal. Most of them are sick and it's so sad! Everytime I've been in there they have like 6 dogs to those small cages with no water and food. Also very dirty cages. It's so sad to see these animals like this and I don't recommend this place to anyone. They should have been shut down awhile ago. This animals don't deserve to be treated this way!

  Absolutely disgusting! They sell sick animals and don’t let people know! Recently a gentleman came to to pick up his puppy and they told him it had died. He was clearly devestated and asked why he didn’t get a call or anything letting him know and the woman running the store screamed at him to leave! She said she’s been doing this for 30 years and deals with people like this all the time.. wow so that to me says she must have a lot of sick animals that pass in her possession.. and worst of all she kicked this man out for asking about the passed puppy. How disgusting I hope this place is shut down! This is so sad.

  The tell you lies, make a big deal out of everything. The owner cares more about the money then she does the dogs, half the stuff in the store is nasty and dusty, the staff barley acknowledge people when you walk dogs to big for their cages. Maybe 3 our of the 20 cages have beds, the other dogs are walking around on a crate. Tired to get a dog from here and they are disrespectful, talk trash about their customers(clearly can hear them), and just want us out as soon as possible they could care less where the dogs are going and how the people are going to take care of them. THEY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE ANIMAL. Please adopt not shop.

  Bought our first dog here the perfect Golden Retriever. Sadly she passed 15 years later. Our other pups are doing awesome. Most of these reviews must be made up by people who hate pet stores. Have gotten everydog I have owned from this store. They've been here since the mall opened. Have had absolutely no problems. Staff is great. Always see a person cleaning the kennels.
