  Bought a 600$ portable air conditioner at the assurance of the sales person. The window kit broke and I went to get a new one. They don't have anything in store so they told me to call their parts and I'd have one asap. Fine. I was on hold for 10 minutes before I was told that the model is discontinued and they can't help me. She told me that I can put the number into Google and search that way. After I explained that I already did that, she told me to Google it but she can't help me. I asked to speak with a supervisor as this is only a 1 yr old product and she sent me back to the main menu where I would of had to go through the whole ordeal again. Extremely aggravated.

  Great customer service. The manager Sarah was UNBELIEVABLE, very pacient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this PC Richard store. WONDERFUL STAFF I WILL BE COMING back

  I came here for the rave reviews but it really wasn’t that special. When I got in, I didn’t even get a “hello” and I walked around by myself for awhile. When I was finally ready to ask a few questions and buy, a few sales people passed right by me but nothing. On my way to Best Buy 🤷🏻‍♀️

  I had a great time! The sales rep. Allan was very kind and very helpful he had helped my mother and I with of our needs! Definitely will come back for his help again!

  This is by far the best appliance store you can go to. Everyone is very knowledgeable and the prices can’t be beat. It’s always a pleasure to deal with Sara once I’m ready to make my purchase. She always has a big smile on her face and let’s me know how much she appreciates my business.
