  For years I have been shopping here. And to be honest, I will keep coming back here. I think that it is important that there will be more places like Payless, that offer a cheaper alternative for high quality shoes. I know I am not going to find the latest Nike running shoes here, but I know that I will find high quality shoes for a very low price.
