::Terrific service, friendly staff. Just went in to buy a gift, sadly they didn't have it, but I ordered one in store, which waives the shipping fee. AND they gave me Patagonia stickers :) Update: they emailed me saying that there was none in stock, but the employee who helped me made everything really easy to order a different size.
