::We spent a lot of our time at two other boutiques looking for dresses for 3 mothers and had no success. By the time we headed to Masako Formal, it was 25 min. before closing, and we were not aware it was by appt. only. However, Naomi being the customer service professional she is gave the approval to at least allow us to browse. I gave Naomi an insight as to how our day went and what we were looking for; 1 reception dress for the bride, 3 reception dresses for our mothers, and possibly 2nd dresses for all 3 mothers for the ceremony. Of course I couldn't help it and told Naomi "I LUV a good bargain". Happily & politely Naomi showed the sale/clearance rack of dresses with starting price at $25. She also showed us regular price dresses with additional 30% off. Aunt of the bride & mother of the groom each bought a formal dress at the cut price of $25 (WOW) with each at regular price valued at $278. As for the mother of the bride, she could not make up her mind between 2 dresses, so Naomi offered to put it on hold for a few days till she decided. Considering the sale prices, there's a good chance Aunty will end up with both. Although we were also looking for a reception white gown for the bride, there was just not enough time for trying on, so bride did schedule an appt. With the limited time we had in the store, we were still provided with excellent customer service.

::The girls at Masako are incredible. Naomi is my stylist, and i love her. I'm going in for my second first fitting. I am having a custom fitted dress and we had an issue with the first dress, so she talked to the designer and had them redo the dress for me. If that's not amazing customer service, i don't know what is. I'm definitely excited to share this very important moment with therm, it's been a great experience.
