  Don’t bother going here! They couldn’t be bothered with helping me. I am a graduate gemologist. I have worked at both Tiffany’s flagship store and in the diamond district in Nyc. So I understand the importance of treating customers well. Unfortunately they didn’t give me the time of day. Maybe because I was wearing jeans and a T-shirt? Maybe because I’m Asian? Unsure why I was deemed unworthy of effort. Either way very disappointed with how I was treated and poor customer service. I often visit my dad a town over and I was hoping to have a local jewelry store to continue to support and go to for ongoing repairs etc. I previously bought 14k white gold screw backs that fit my diamond earrings from this exact store. Instead of help he quickly redirected me to another store. He didn’t even bother to look for screw backs!! Only offered to look at inventory after I walked out the door!! Only after I revealed I did in fact buy the exact size needed from them a year ago!! Horrible! Maybe earring backs aren’t worth the effort? Unsure why I was treated so poorly. I have worked for luxury brands and I never turned a customer away or made them feel like their sale wasn’t worth the time or effort. I left feeling horrible!! Don’t go here if you’re Asian or young. They judge you based on appearances to determine whether you’re worth their time.

  The customer service at this jewelry store is top notch. They replaced a battery and removed links from a watch band while I waited, and they were very nice and knowledgeable. They also are the cheapest in the area, as they charged me just $10.00 for each service after tax. While not a specific comment about their store, I felt that I should mention that they were nice enough to spot me some change for the meter without a second thought. That was very kind of them.

  I went to a few jewelry stores before I went to Parian, and the others were a lot less friendly than they were at Parian. The store is not as stuffy as some of the other nearby jewelry stores, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I will most likely be returning here when I want to buy jewelry again.
