    My friend ordered from here. I don't know what to be more shocked over. How much they messed up the order, or the new ways in which they messed up!!!! Pizza was colder than outside. Driver went to wrong building. Lady at the store hung up on my friend. Etc. Etc. Etc. RIP PAPA!!! I'll miss the garlic sauce.

    They messed up on my order twice first they forgot the breadsticks, then when I got upstairs I noticed it was the wrong pizza! I wasn't even offered refund as an option. And the breadsticks are awful

    Worst service ever!!!! I ordered online to pick up pizza at the 8 sutter ave papa john store #2950 on 2/01/18 at approximately 9pm. I accidentallly left my debit card on the computer table at home because I used my card to pay for the pizza online. When I arrived to the store for the pick up, the man at the register asked for my name and the debit card. I told him my name and told him I forgot my debit card home. So he asked for my ID and I gave it to him. He immediately called his manager who looked at my ID and basically interrogated me, asking if it was my first time purchasing there and etc. After an intense debate about if I ever purchased at the store. I immediately responded and said, “you got my ID which is the same name and addressed on the debit card used, so you think I’m some type of scammer?” He replied “it’s policy, but I’m going to give you the pizza” He made it seems like he was doing me the favor as if he didn’t have to give me the pizza I paid for. I am definetly not be ordering from there ever again. One customer gone from a terrible experience/service . Will be reporting this experience to corporate. Thank you

    The worst. It took over 1.5 hours to get my pizza delivered. The driver called 2x to say he was almost there. 15 minutes after that I called the store to ask where is the driver. He finally showed up. Pizza was cold as dog nose. Called the store to return the pizza and they did not want to come pick it up. I ended up delivering it myself to get a refund. By the way the girl on the phone was the rudest and so was the driver.
